Haven Hills Estate is in Jamestown, in the southwest corner of Boone County, on State Road 75 just north of I-74. It is about 20 minutes from Lebanon and Thorntown and 35 to 40 minutes from Whitestown and Zionsville, so a Boone County wedding can stay in the county without giving up open country, a creek and a willow tree.
The estate has a white, climate-controlled barn for up to 300 guests, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, and Hilltop Manor, which sleeps 20 on the property.

Farm Country, With Room for Everyone
Most of Boone County's growth is on the Whitestown and Zionsville side. Out in Jamestown the estate sits on 40 acres of its own, among fields and tree lines, so ceremony photos look out over farmland rather than rooftops. Inside, the barn seats up to 300, and the bar is licensed in-house for beer, wine and liquor.
02 Boone County
The Wedding Party Stays On Site
Hilltop Manor, a short walk from the barn, sleeps up to 20, so the wedding party can get ready, eat breakfast and spend the night on the property. The Fieldhouse gives the groomsmen a Groom's Lounge, a golf simulator room and an indoor sports court while the bride gets ready in the barn's upstairs suite.
Getting Here
From Lebanon, take State Road 32 west about 8 miles to State Road 75, then go south about 6 miles. From Whitestown, take I-65 north to Lebanon and follow the same route. From Zionsville, take I-465 south to I-74 west, exit at State Road 75 and drive about a mile north.

Published Pricing, Setup Included
Venue rental runs $4,900 to $8,900 by day, season and package, with tables, chairs, linens and setup included. Hilltop Manor is $1,900 a night, the Fieldhouse Groom's Lounge is included, and its golf simulator room or sports court is $1,500, or $2,000 for both.

Hilltop Manor on the property sleeps up to 20 for $1,900 a night. Hotels are in Lebanon, Whitestown and Brownsburg.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. We have an open vendor policy, so you can bring your own caterer, photographer, DJ and florist. The one exception is alcohol: under our 3-way license, all bar service is booked with us.
